Shipping Policy

My Bed Covers offers free shipping on orders over $100.00.

$10.00 flat rate shipping on orders up to $99.99

Most items ship between one and three business days.

Sports Bedding ship between two and four business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once we ship your item.

You will receive your item within seven business days from the day the shipment leaves our warehouse. 

FREE Returns

Important - Please read our return policy before you unpack your bedding;

If you are not completely satisfied with your bedding purchase, you may return it for free and get a full refund (item cost + original shipping cost).
 

Return request must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery. 

Due to health regulation, the bedding must be returned unused.

All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard.

Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters can not be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off.

My Bed Covers will email you a free return label within three business days.

Please print the label and affix it over the original shipping label.

Within five calendar days of receiving the free return label, ship the bedding back to our warehouse. (Please note that it can take up to seven business days for your return shipment to reach our warehouse)

Upon receipt of your return shipment, My Bed Covers will process your refund (item cost + original shipping cost).

Please note that it can take up to seven business days for your refund to appear on your credit card. This will depend on how fast your bank processes refunds.
